P2K: What do you like least about your job?

Nagin Cox: What do I like least about my job? I can't say that I've thought about that. Sometimes when you're working in a large team that's part of a large organization like NASA, it can be a process to get things done. Because when you have so many different people with so many different skills, you really have to work to make sure everybody understands what you're doing and why. So sometimes when you need to get things done quickly, you kind of wonder is it possible to do this a little more quickly than what might sometimes be permitted by the amount of people involved or the amount of levels you need to go through. However, I'd say that is probably true of any organization. I was in the Air Force and the Air Force certainly had things that you could take care of really quickly and there were other things that you really had to air out and talk about. And so I think there are always things you wish you could do a little faster and a little more easily.
