Hanging
student work on a bulletin board in your room or out in the corridor has always
been a great way to acknowledge the wonderful work your students have done.
(And also show what a great job YOU are doing!!!) We would like to invite you
to "hang" your student work on our "virtual bulletin board" on the Web, so that
all the students and teachers in our virtual classroom can view the work being
done by your great pupils.
The
following is intended to help you submit your materials for posting to the "To MARS with MER" website. If you have any questions or suggestions, please
contact Eileen Bendixsen.
If it is text send
it in the body of an e-mail message to: Eileen
Bendixsen
If it has pictures
or diagrams there are several choices:
If you have
the work as part of a classroom website, we will link to your site: please
just send us the URL.
If the work
exists in gif or jpeg format you can send them as an attachment in an e-mail
message.
If you have
access to a scanner you can scan print material and convert it to gif or jpeg
format and send as an attachment.
If you do not
have access to a scanner contact Eileen for instructions on where to send
the materials. We will scan them for you and place your work online.
If you need
your materials returned please let us know.
Please identify
all work with the name of the teacher, the school, the location, and the grade.
We would also appreciate captions for the work. Identify students by first
names only.
We would very much
like to feature the work of your students on the "To MARS with MER"
site. But we can only display your work if you send it... so please share stories
and visuals of your students' learning experiences!
