REMOTE HOST SITE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ROLE OF NASA AND PASSPORT TO KNOWLEDGE:
Provide and coordinate conference activities in Washington D.C.
Provide presentation and curricular materials via a Web site and email as appropriate
Provide preconference agenda for review and discussion
Provide information that can be used to encourage attendance at the virtual conference (to
be supplemented with your own information...)
Provide NASA TV, Cu-SeeMe, MBONE, Conference Transcription for WebChat, and RealAudio signals
Coordinate a WebChat in late June to provide a forum for problem resolution and discussion
ROLE OF REMOTE HOST SITES:
Promote the conference to interested parties
Become familiar with presentation materials in advance
Provide conference materials to attendees
Provide location and technology to view and hear proceedings, as well as interact
(Unfortunately, NASA and Passport to Knowledge will not be able to provide individual consulting
to assist with special connectivity for the conference. We encourage you to use the mail list to
