The first video clip from the APLIS 2007 Ice Camp!
Intrepid cameraman Art Howard - just back in the lower 48 and finally with adequate bandwidth to upload a video clip - has just posted a 5 minute video showing where the APLIS researchers have been living for the past 10 days and including some of their thoughts about being the first major US-based science campaign of IPY. POLAR-PALOOZA will soon be adding name identifications (so viewers will know just who is speaking) and editing more clips in the next few weeks, but we thought you'd like to see the people and the camp location as soon as we had it available, and while the researchers are still on the ice (until April 15th.)
