The KAO Emergency Exits

If the KAO were to ditch in the ocean, the crew could open the emergency hatches on top of the plane without letting in all the water. The life rafts in the top of the plane automatically inflate and transmit their own radio beacon. The emergency hatche s on the sides of the plane have small windows that provide a nice view from 41,000 feet.
