QUESTION:
If something went wrong and the only thing to land on was water, what 
would you do?

ANSWER from Bill Hoss (KAO Management) on May 16:
If our only choice of emergency landing locations is water, 
then water it would be! If the water landing was survivable,
search and rescue resources would launch and recover us.  Until search and
rescue aircraft/boats arrived, the survivors would be huddled together in one of
several 20 man life rafts equipped with necessary items.  No military C141
aircraft (similar to the KAO) has ever made a water landing.
