Hi Gail, Thanks for your comments. You're right that if you simply hit the reponse or reply option, your reply will go to the private mail of the sender, however typically you are also given the option to "Reply to all recipients". This would address the cc to the group list, as I have done on this message. (Gail you may get this twice!) I will check to see if there is some way to make the list the primary default for reply, however, to my knowledge, this is the way our lists have worked in the past. Tell me, does the software you use not give you this Reply-to-all option?
