Hi Rick,
The website for the Idaho TECH Rover Challenge is:

http://www.uidaho.edu/IdahoTECH/links.html

This rover challenge was created last year by the engineering department at
University of Idaho and the Idaho Space Grant Consortium to challenge 5th
and 6th graders in the concepts and problems of planetary exploration. They
must create a rover out of Legos (using specified kits and constraints) that
will be able to navigate a course, pick up rock samples, and compete for the
best time. Our first competition was held last year, state-wide, and was
enthusiastically received. We are expecting our number of teams to double
this year.

The website has an overview of the project, lesson plans, etc. to explain
the challenge. It has really peaked the interest of a lot of kids and
parents last year, and we plan on building on that interest this year!
