Asking questions during the broadcast

During the broadcast on Thursday, how do we go about sending in questions
by email?  Is it ok to send in all of the questions that our students have,
or should we distill them down so we don't send so many?  In the past, what
have you teachers done about this?  Do students think them up as they are
watching the program, or did they write them down beforehand?
