Dear discuss-lfm members, RE: Posting excerpt from 10/9/97 discuss-lfm >And for the soon approaching Halloween, this is a page about the the flight >controllers in Room 137 that with a push of a button, can blow up the >shuttle. And even if you don't have Java, make sure you click on >"terminated the shuttle's......" Given the serious nature of Shuttle disasters the above is >>>>not an acceptable<<< posting on this list. Discuss-lfm mail list serves the education community implementing the Live From Mars project. It is a place for resource sharing, seeding collaborations between participants, problem solving, & gaining further understanding and experience in effective integration of LFM resources and PTK (Passport to Knowledge) electronic field trip projects. It is a community of educators and interested others providing support and synergy and serves as an "online thinktank"! It is NOT a place to post anything of an offensive nature such as the above, nor is it a place to vent or flame. Please help keep the >>spirit of communication<< in line with the above discuss-lfm goals and continue to contribute to what has made discuss-lfm a success... focused sharing and collaboration!
