Hello all, I enjoyed Red Mars so thoroughly, I wanted to buy a copy for my son. I had read a library copy. I went to Barnes and Noble here in NJ, and was told that Red Mars by Kim Stanley Robinson is OUT OF PRINT. I was quite shocked considering the timeliness of the subject matter and the currency of the scientific theory in the novel. I am extremely disappointed. I have found a little paperback of Red Mars, but the print is microscopic, and I cannot get through a page of it. I'd really like to purchase my own hard cover copy of the book. I recently purchased the trade version of the paperback of Green Mars, and the print in the larger trade version is fine. Does anyone know if there are plans to republish Red Mars in hardcover, or the larger trade version paperback. I'm hoping those of you who were lucky enough to be in California for the Planetfest and may have spoken with Mr. Robinson might know of there are such plans. This book was given such fantastic reviews I am indeed mystified as to why it is out of print. Barb
