Marilyn, One place you didn't try, that you might check out next time, is the Government Printing Office (GPO). Here in Southern California, we have one in Downtown Los Angeles. There may be one reasonably close to you as well. You may have to call your phone company's Directory Information if you're not near a large city. I live in the next county to the east of LA County, so that's my closest one. I can catch the commuter train into L.A. when I need to go in person, but I believe they will also take phone orders.
