Hi: Just to let you all know that on Saturday, May 17th, nearly 500 students from Wisconsin and Michigan participated in the 2nd Annual Rockets-for-Schools event in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. This involved the launch of two Super Loki rockets on a sub-orbital flight to an altitude of about 35 miles. Students were divided into launch, safety, tracking, communication, and recovery teams. The inside of the Sheboygan Armory was set-up as a mission control where students and parents could watch the results on screens. The two-day event also included a talk by a NASA astronaut, and numerous student rocket launches. Harald Schenk Sheboygan, WI
