Anybody feel confident enough to give a sure answer to the following? I'm having a star party on the 13th of March in Port Angeles WA at about 48 degrees northern latitude. Will Hale Bopp be just below the horizon at sunset or will we have a chance to see it. We're choosing this night for a good view of Saturn before it sets and Mars rising.
