Dear Laura,
	Can you "interview" the subs? You will be out a long time and I 
would want to be sure to get someone who will "carry-on".  I try and meet 
with my sub and lay out the lessons in person. It might help to actively 
look for a good sub.  Good Luck! I think there may be atleast one sub out 
there who might have the same "philosophy" as you. (I hope)
