Good point.  It listed as CST, not EST.  Let's see if this copy from Que

Moonrise:	1901		1819		1819 		1815

So, you'll have to adjust your times from Central Standard time.  Looks like 
it'll be early enuf here for my kids to see it (barring snow again!)  jkc
