Our Class had a very exciting time doing a bunch of the Live from Mars
Activities. The class divided up into 5 cooperative groups and each
group selected an activity to discuss at school and explore at home.
These were: Rockets, Rockets and Payloads, The incredible Egg Challenge,
Creating Craters and Stream Tables. The students did great investigations
at home and demonstrating them at school. I took a roll of film of them
doing their experiments and took it in and had it developed on a disc,
It's called Konica Picture Show, and only cost me about dollars more to
develop it that way. (I do not have a digital camera, so I used my own)
So, here
is where thefun comes in. I brought the disc home and went through the
pictures and labeled each one. Each picture has like a clipboard/comment
board. So I spent a couple hours labeling each one. Then,I looked up on
the LFM Home Page as to how to send them to the Kid's Corner. It said to
send them to Lindac@ etc. etc.. When I tried to send one the comment
board doesn't go with the picture. Is there anyway of sending the whole
slideshow? Otherwise, I won't be able to send the info on each picture
unless I am willing to rewrite them. Got any ideas? thanks!---------- Ginny
