I thought you might enjoy this. My 4th and 5th graders had a great
time writing it.

T'was the Night Before Christmas
=09 T=92was the night before Christmas when all through the stars, not
a creature was stirring, not even on Mars.=20
When all of a sudden, like a great blinking light, I looked up and saw
Pathfinder in sight.
=09 =20
I whistled I yelled with all of my might, I woke up my Mom in the
middle of the night.
=09 =20
Then, with a twinkle, Pathfinder landed, and all of a sudden an air bag
expanded. Sojourner=92s nestled in Pathfinder with care, in hopes that
daylight soon would be there.
=09 =20
The solar panels opened, and to my surprise, there I saw Sojourner
sitting inside. =20
The Sun arose, and there he went, to examine objects, that=92s why he was
sent.

We all thank Sojourner for sending back facts, while he moves across
Mars, leaving Earthly tracks.=20
