Rockets and Payloads activity

We are enjoying the LFM materials!  I'll write more with details later, 
but for now...is anyone else having trouble with the logistics for this 
activity?  For example, how can you attach the balloon to the straw *before* 
you inflate it? I know I can be a little dense sometimes, but I think I 
must be on the wrong track with this one...
