I ordered mine in July also and have never had a response either to say we got your order or the CD has been mailed. I think the site has goblins because sometimes you can get in. Delete several of the directory levels in the URL window; delete one level at a time until you get in and then search for the page that has the CD offer. If anyone gets the CD, would you please post the information--I think it is in virtual existence only.
