Hi Jan,
Re the graphics: They should be up now, and I have added an index at the
top of the table of contents to make them accessable without "entering"
the Activity Worksheet.  Let me know if you have any problems with them.  

Missing is only the reprint of the article referenced in Activity B.3
because as a graphic it would be unintelligible. Is there a site at which
this can be found?
