Errors-to: firstname.lastname@example.org I think the "Errors-to" line means that any errors in delivering e-mail get sent to that address. It's probably for the postmasters at your ISP to use if your mail is undeliverable. Since you're getting the digest, you shouldn't have to worry about it at all. Hope that clears it up.
