internet providers

For my Red Rover Mars site, I have been using Windows 3.1 and Trumpet in
order to get the proper internet connection I need (i.e. an IP address each
time I go on line).  However, I haven't had great luck with Trumpet lately
and want to upgrade to Windows 95 and use Microsoft Dial-Up Networking.  Does
anyone know of a good internet provider that works well with Dial Up?  I was
going to check out NetCom and Prime Net. Anyone have any luck with these
guys?
