I just got wind of this program from TERC/LABNET.  It seems Compuserve 
has started a new FREE program for teachers.  It's called WOW! for 
Educators. The customer service rep says it's good for as long as 
you're a certified teacher and they have 28.8 connections and 
unlimited Internet time.  Sounds good to me!
