QUESTION:
In image 80828, it appears as if several cells are missing from the array of
solar cells on one of the lander petals.  Are these actually missing cells
or some artifact of the panel construction, and if there really are missing
cells, were they removed, perhaps as non-functioning, before launch or did
they become dislodged at some point in the mission?

There are no cells missing on our panels.  It may look like there are
because the cells have to be laid out in strings of a certain length to get
the proper voltage.  These strings do not align completely so it looks like
there are gaps.
