QUESTION:
I would like to incorporate comparative analytical data in my introductory
college-level Physical Geology class this fall.  Will the data from the APXS
be made available as it is collected, through an archive, or only upon
scientific publication?

All the data that is available is available from the main Pathfinder
homepages.  I do not think you'll ever find all of the data published there.
Surely some will first become public when the scientists publish in a
science journal.

I believe that the scientists and 2-person Pathfinder web team are doing
their level best to get info out quickly while making sure to maximize the
science return.
