All you really have to do is to study seriously regardless of your major.
As you know the exploration of space requires all expertise; from english,
to write proposals and contracts, to accounting to keep the projects under
cost, to math, all areas of science and engineering. When building a team,
a manager looks for competent people who can work with others and this
requires your willingness to learn the areas of expertise of your team
mates as well, so be curious and never stop learning.
