QUESTION:
If somebody wants to help NASA to get more funding from within or outside of
the U.S., how can the person help?  Which section of NASA can create
financial incentive for such a person keeping in view that such a person
could have a part time business company of his own?

ANSWER from Donna Shirley on August 7, 1997:
NASA cannot lobby for more funding, nor can it work with any organizations
which are lobbying.  We are precluded by government regulations from doing
this.
