QUESTION:
How come you launch your rockets so close to places with a lot of 
wildlife?

ANSWER from Cheick Diarra on December 20, 1996:
We do not believe that the launches significantly disrupt the wild population.
Also it is the place in the United States that is closest to the equator 
in latitude from where we can launch east without flying over populated 
areas of the country.
