How closely is JPL working with Cal Tech on the Mars mission? In particular,
will any "Teachers" be working with data collected from the rover / be
working on the premises?

Participating scientists were chosen by responding to an announcement of
opportunity.  I'm not sure if there were any winners from Caltech.
