This is a photo shot of Yerkes Observatory in Williams Bay, Wisconsin 
in January of 1994.  Yerkes is the administrative location of the 
Center for Astrophysical Research in Antarctica.  D. A. Harper is the 
director and resides at Yerkes as do about half of the CARA personnel 
from the University of Chicago.  Yerkes is owned and operated by the 
University of Chicago.
