Hi, Laura.

Palmer Station follows the time zone of Chile.  We discuss every year 
as to whether it is necessary for us to change our clocks so as to 
follow Chilean time, but we do so that we are on the same time as the 
Polar Duke.  So in November through March, we are two hours ahead of 
EST.  And then from March to November we are on EST.
