Dear Alisha

Although, I am not considered a scientist, I am a communications 
engineer that helps the scientists communicate with the outside 
world.  I was offered a job at South Pole in 1979 and I said "Why 
not?"  I fell in love with Antarctica after that... and the rest is 
history...
